Trish Kurdzionak grew up on her family's farm in Gilmanton, New Hampshire. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in art history and a music minor from Plymouth State University. She lives in Reading, and works as an artist and paint color consultant. Trish paints objectively using acrylic as her medium. The subject matter of her work is usually landscape, portrait or skyscape. The artist is interested in color, shapes and accurate drawing. The purpose is not to recreate a scene photographically, but to express it through her own personal vision, revealing a love of beautiful scenery and nature, or a personal attachment to the subject. She is inspired by the work of Edward Hopper, Frida Kahlo, Franz Marc, Vincent Van Gogh, Grant Wood and Paul Klee. Trish is a member of the Woburn Guild of Artists, and the Reading Art Association.
