These shows feature a First Friday Opening Reception and Saturday gallery hours. Melrose was settled in the 1640's, and remained a rural community for 200 years. With the arrival of trains in the 1840's it became a desirable suburb of Boston. The rapid expansion created the Victorian ambience of much of this fine small city.
