Danielle Festa was born in Melrose, Massachusetts. Involved in arts for the majority of her life, she decided to pursue her education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as a Fine Art major. In her four years in Western Massachusetts, she has explored her creativity and honed her skills to become the artist she is today.  In the summer of 2006 Danielle had the opportunity to participate in the API Study Abroad Program to Florence Italy for two months.  Her visit to this beautiful country both enriched her connection to Renaissance art and gave her the opportunity to work with wonderful professors amidst the ambiance of the Tuscan landscape.  Since graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, with a concentration in painting, she has returned to Boston to continue her work.
